It does not leave your hands feeling sticky. It dries and feels like you have the nail bed to skin "sealed". I have no desire to pick at them. It seems to seal the skin so that it won't peel giving me the urge to pull the peel off. That is a big plus for me. I would buy this just to get the cuticle cream. It's lightweight so not really a cream--more like a light weight lotion that heals. The nail file quickly gets your nails in shape. Much faster than the files I use. It also worked very well on my toenails. Quick. The buffer also works quickly. Follow the instructions on how many swipes to make. This system for the price is the best I can find. You would have to really hunt everywhere to put individual items together that were as good as this system--and it would cost much more.
