Received in hot condition.
Product looked like it was exposed to sun as it was received in hot condition. As per Product specifications direct exposure to skin is avoided. I doubt its efficacy.

Not sure what this cream has that made my baby’s face turn immediately red I washed it right away and still had red spots for few hours although my son (1year old) has normal skin not sensitive.

Did not suit my baby at all.. I bought this brand because it's supposed to be suitable for sensitive skin babies but it made my babies face turn red as soon as I applied it. Had to remove it immediately.
