My airpod always fell out of my ears, but with these tips, they never fall out. After some time, the airpods pops out of your ears. However, it is more comfortable than the original silicon tips. The most annoying part, the noise cancelling do not work with these tips. So, the main reason i got airpods pro not the regular ones is the noise cancelling. With these tips, noise cancelling is useless even if turned on by your iphone or Macbook.
