Coming from a sony ht st 5000 soundbar, the svs pb 2000 pro is a beast. Been spending a few hours tinkering with the settings to get it just right. Sound tested the batman (batmobile scene), Edge of tomorrow, and of course, Top gun maverick! Got it to where the bass doesn't over power the speakers and gives you that Umph! when needed. Next step is to soundproof the basement as much as possible lol

Absolutely incredible subwoofer. I had been meaning to upgrade from my previous subwoofer set up for a few years now. I had two $400 klipshe subs. And honestly, I think even if I had six of those subs it wouldn’t compare to one of the SVS the base is just so accurate and hits so hard it’s absolutely unbelievable. I use the app on my Denon receiver to calibrate the sound as best as possible and I have started re-watching my entire collection just to see how much better they all sound now. I think I will buy a second one of the svs aswell. If you are in doubt about spending this much money on a sub, I would recommend you just take the plunge and buy one as it makes such a huge difference.
