Good quality product but a little expensive

I grew up eating this brand and absolutely love it. However, the rice I received was absolutely horrendous!! The rice grains were broken and didn’t look right! And what’s worse, even if you cook it with double or triple the amount of water, it still remains dry and hard! I think the seller is using another kind of poor quality rice and selling it as calrose rice!

Very disappointed. The rice appears to be old, and I found signs of insect contamination inside the package. This is unacceptable for a food product. I requested a refund and would not recommend this product. I opened the package and found that the rice appears to be old and of poor quality. There were particles and signs inside the rice that indicate it was not in good condition. This was only noticeable after opening the package. Very disappointed with the quality

Bad bad bad / we received this rice spoiled, potentially hazardous rice and should be discarded immediately. - Moisture contamination - Bacterial growth - Loss of structure and freshness The grains is discolored and uneven, shifting from their natural white/off-white tone to yellowish or slightly grey patches. There are also visible clumps, hence moisture buildup.
