Amazing Service! - So I'd like to do a pretty comprehensive review of this lock because I had quite an experience with multiple locks of theirs and their customer service representative. First, I'll go through the features ratings that I did on the lock. Easy to Install: Yes, very simple and easy. Comes with two keys plus a lock key tag that has specific numbers on it that you can use to order either extra keys or extra locks that match existing locks and keys.
