This keyboard case is really nice, easy to connect to your ipad. It litterly turns your ipad into a laptop. The battery life is excellent, there's no delay in your keystrokes. I have to say this keyboard case turned out to exceed my expectations. Thank you so much for making such a nice keyboard case, for a very reasonable price. It's as good as the really expensive cases if not better.....

Great product, better than expected, look solid, a little bit of trouble pairing it, but figured out looking in the manual, to pair remember turn on the bluethoot button in un upper corner on the left side of the power button. Vertasatile and very responsive, mouse track work perfect, gestures like a laptop.

I’ve had this case for years at this point. I’ve owned many iPad cases, and this one is my favorite. No issues with the keyboard, and can easily be viewed from different angles. If I were to nitpick I’d say I wished it could hold the iPad vertically, and I wish the pencil holder was more secure.

I am not huge on writing reviews however I am very happy with my purchase and wanted to share. I purchased the rose gold Keypad with built in touchpad and backlight in Jan 2021. When I purchased this product I was hoping to make my iPad Air as close to as laptop as possible without getting a MAC. I was a little skeptical of a keyboard that wasn’t super expensive like the apple magic keyboard but I have been very pleasantly surprised. It automatically goes into a power saving mode when not in use, then we you are ready to use it just hold any key for 3 second and it kicks on and connects super fast to my iPad. I have not had any issues with Blutooth connection since connecting it the for first time. I have used the 360 swivel without the keyboard to play games or draw with ease, again no issues so far. I like the option to turn the backlight off during the day and mainly only use it at night if needed. I do not own an Apple Pencil but it does have two options for storage which I could see a useful. My only complaint is I have long fingers and longer hands for a women so I personally tend to bump the touchpad when typing fast and this took some adjustment. I will either turn it off or adjust my hands as needed. It might be better if I was typing on a smooth/desk surface but I tend to use this all the time in my lap. I think it has more to do with the small “air” size of the iPad and that would limit the size they are able to make the keyboard and touchpad not the product itself. Battery life is great, I have only had to charge it I think once in the last month and I use it every 1-2 days. I wish that I had this option as a college student. iPads have come so fare in the last 5-10 years. I have no experience so far with customer service but would hope that it is as good as the product has been. I hope all this continues to stay true as I continue to use the product!

Am returning after only a few weeks of use. Will disconnect from my iPad while I’m typing. Tired of trying to fight with it’s troubled Bluetooth connectivity.
