You might have to place them on yourself differently than what they describe to get a good shape but other than that it is working wonderfully! This is after only one week with it from giving birth! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Postpartum wrap *by J***N on July 9, 2020* There were very minimal instructions included with the package. Since some of the wraps look similar to others, this made it difficult to tell which wrap went in which place. Since there are minimal instructions, it also isn't clear that there are straps on the wraps which allow you to further adjust how they are tightened.Once the wrap system is on and adjusted properly, they do a sufficient job of compressing the areas they are placed on. The wrap system works best the earliest that you can start wearing it after giving birth.
