Two machines not working

The crepe machine first came with a broken legend and returned it . The second machine I got worked two times then beat started to be irregular would over heat and not heat enough! I have had it for 6 weeks and I am not Bally with the outcome. Awaiting on contact from Amazon or the manufacture to fix this !
