Mediocre at best
I came out of hospital with aneamia, the hospital failed to give me an infusion during my stay, so upon my release I chose this supplement because its a complex with vitamin C, I've taken this supplement daily for 5 weeks, and hoped with this supplement and changing my diet I'd be better. I'm not at all I'm still aneamic and will have to have an iron infusion treatment.
