Yes, this brush works perfect with a Mr. Longarm extension pole.

Are the bristles stiff enough on this brush to remove leaves from roof with 20 ft Unger pole?

I used it for scrubbing semi loose paint and mold growth off of a deck. The bristles are very stiff so I would assume it would work for your intended use.
