Why has this product been changed? it appeared to be designed to last for a much shorter time. More sales?

I was not aware it had changed, as of my last order but it did seem to last a shorter time. As a stylist I would look at length or coverage changes, we often don't take a 1/4 inch extra would affect .

Bought this product and my beard came out pitch black why? Or does it takes few days though works in 5 mins?

We are sorry to hear that your hair color results came out darker than you would like. To lighten the results, you can mix 1 ounce of regular 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1 ounce of any dandruff shampoo. Lather the hair with the mixture and leave the lather on for 5 minutes before rinsing. This will lighten the color a little each time. Next time, you may want to go with the next lighter shade and make sure that it's only left on for 5 minutes, as the color will darken if it's left on longer.

My beard isn’t that long. so i get a lot on my face (not possible to avoid). and it’s soooooo hard to wash of. is it supposed to be this difficult?

My beard is short too. I also have problems. I finally let it go gray. Could not get the dye off my face.

Can you dye stubbled short facial hair with this, wthiout it hurting your skin??

You can dye short stubble, but (1) the results are not very spectacular because the hairs are so short, and (2) since only the surfaced part of the hair is dyed, it turns back to grey in only a few days.If you rinse really thoroughly, your skin will probably be OK, but you can easily get an uncomfortable burn if you get in a hurry and don't rinse well, with lots of water and some shampoo.
