Q: Is there a color chart for these colors? if so, how can i get one? i have a mentally challenged adult that needs names for the colors. love these!

There is a color chart included that you can color each marker as an example. Unfortunately each marker does not have a number on it so I just used a sharpie to add the corresponding number to make it easier to refer back to the chart

Q: Will these work on plastic?

These are water based so, no they don’t work on plastic.

Q: Do they bleed through?

In my experience with these pens, it depends on the weight of the paper. Regular copy paper had bleed through from the fine point but not as bad with the brush. Artist sketch paper also showed bleed through but no bleed through when used on pressed watercolor paper or dense paper like folders or oak tag.
