As the wheels roll on the ground, they light up. The faster they go, the more they light up

How to make sure both wheels touch the ground?

What is the diameter of the wheel?

I think it's around 4 inches. It's sturdy, lights up well and excellent bearings. It hold my 71 pound 5 ye old no problems.
