Great hot tub!
Takes a few days to heat up initially from cold hose water, but then heats back up pretty quick after using. The jets work amazing, we were pleasantly surprised!!! It's comfortable as you can rest your head/neck on the sides, very sturdy & didn't take us long to put together & figure out. It's been quite easy to maintain the water and keep it clean. I love that it's waaayyy cheaper than a hard hot tub, but works just as nice! Comfortably fits me, my husband, our 3 young kids, and a guest or 2.

Great hot tub
This is a great hot tub. It is our first one. Had it for a month now so far so good. We actually bought a shed to keep it in from the elements. I live in Ohio and the winters are just brutal around here and I want to still use it when it's freezing outside. Just an FYI, when turning on the pump after you plug it in, hold the power button down 3-5 second's. We didn't know this and I almost returned it because I thought it was defective. The instructions that come with this are not great. But YouTube has all kinds of amazing videos that help with set up. But if your looking for your first inflatable hot tub this is the one to get. It's great size for 6 people. Even better if it's just 2. All kinds of leg room.

Not built to last, barely made it 6 months
I have owned several different inflatable hot tub spa over the past several years. Changing from my previous spas only due to color or size, rather than any malfunction. This spa has sprung a leak in less than 6 months of very minimal use. The spa is used by only one person, me, a retired adult with experience in the use of inflatable spas. It is placed on a level concrete patio with two layers of spa cushion underneath as well as artificial turf underneath that and positioned partially under my pergola. It is used 1-2 times a week for 20 or so minutes per use. It is beautiful, the perfect size, extremely comfortable for one person and fits perfectly with my wicker patio furniture and backyard decor. Unfortunately, at over $600 with tax, I calculate that it cost me approximately $12.50 per 20 minutes of use if I used it twice per week, not including the cost of chemicals and added expense of approx $40 in electricity per month. I have been very happy with this spa until now, but with the cost per use and the short time it has lasted, it is far from worth the price paid. Having owned several other spas in the past, that lasted considerably longer and a couple costing as little as half the price of this spa, I can not recommend this spa. Being retired and on a fixed income, I will not be able to replace this spa, so I will go without during my retirement. I had high hopes, but ultimately, very disappointed in this Bestway SaluSpa St. Moritz AirJet spa. Best of luck to you if you take a chance with this spa. Maybe you will have better luck than I.

Great fun in warm and cool temps!
Love the size! Big enough but discreet in our city-sized yard. Super easy setup and maintenance. My family uses it daily. Takes a LONG time to reach 100° (an entire day), but sometimes we like it cool on the extra hot days. We watched the Saluspa short setup video to get up and running. The filter is easy to remove and clean, which we do several times daily with frequent pool use. Love that no backwashing or major work is involved! (We use bromine to keep the tub clean and sanitary). My parents have had their Saluspa for years (only set up during summer months)- we’re hoping for the same longevity! Highly recommend!

Great product and customer service
This spa has been amazing so far. Very easy to set up and operate. We ran into one issue initially....the first spa we received was set up and running for approx 2 weeks and suddenly turned off and would not work. Further inspection it was obvious the unit was not receiving power. The outlet was operating properly but the GFCI that is part of the pump had faulted/tripped and could not be reset. I was able to contact the co.pany and within minutes got a response. They worked with me and literally within 2 days sent me an entirely new spa and pump. The customer service was phenomenal during this process. The new unit has been up and running without issue since. We currently use the unit almost daily and as you can see we have it covered with privacy screens and bug netting with outdoor lights for evenings and night time usage. The heat pump keeps up excellent and it took approx 72 hours for the well water at 58 degrees to reach the spa temp of 104 degrees. The amount of bubbles and pressure is just right for taking care of back and shoulder aches.

St Morwtiz Saluspa
This spa is excellent. I’ve had for about 2 mos and I highly recommend. It’s big so it can fit more than a few people. At first i kept getting an error code (E02) which was an indication that the issue was filter related. I was going to return the spa because I kept getting this code and I thought it was faulty. After researching on YouTube, I found out that it was due to the filter needing to be cleaned often (so not necessary to Keep putting in new filters all the time). I clean the filter meticulously after every use spraying from the inside out with a string force hose setting and it’s good as new. I never have any issues as long as I do this and it only takes a few minutes. This has been a great purchase and really enjoyable.
