My plates are 10.5. Do I get the 7-10 inch one or the 11-14 inch ones??

Found this was useless. Flimsy and could not hold a plate I had. Plastic protectors fell off, connectors bent. And it was the right size.

I need a platter hanger for a 14" x 21 "antique platter

Was not impressed with this holder - can only put it on in one direction to hang and for that size plate you'll need to stretch it considerably - once stretched, it won't go back (so if you go too far, you've ruined it for the platter you are trying to fit).

I have a 14"x7" plate it is rectangular plate that is 14 inchs wide and 7 inchs long what plate hanger for the wall do i get?

As you can see from the photograph, the plate hanger is usually attached vertically, so look for one that will handle the 7” height. If the plate is centered in the bracket, it should hang straight.
