Is this the price for one 4pack or do they come in 3 packs of 4?

This is for one 4 pack which you can buy for $8 at the store. I needed this for my mother back in August. When I saw the total of $42 with tax and shipping I thought I was getting a "case". When it was delivered it was a single 4 pack. I complained and was told that this was the order which I could send back, however, my mother had already used one bottle.

How many bottles are included in the item?

4 bottles but they incorrectly converted Volume (FL OZ) to Weight/Mass (lb.) 40 fl oz = 2.5 Pints or 1QT+1Cup, or 5 Cups. Only Plain H2O has a weight equivalent of 1 to 1 FL OZ to 1 OZ weight. This isn't water so the weight is not the same.
