Has anyone used this product in the Pacific Northwest and had any luck?

Its awful, I put it on two of my dogs and they scrached and itched for months. I was beginning to worry, but after 4 months they stopped. Do not buy this product.

Which one should I use for a 13 week old Pitbull puppy?

All the flea and tick medicine are bases on weight. I would recommend that you weigh each puppy and buy the one closest to the weight requirement. Now some are for puppies. If they don’t have the one you are looking for go to the weight. It is always better to go with a lighter weight then to have no medication for this issue
