Nice reflector poles that stay in place
Excellent quality & price. Really like the spring loaded feature which keeps them in place after the plows made a pass.

Good for some applications
Nicely made and easy to install. Depending on your area the stakes we. Found were too short for the gravel driveway and the marker sticks when sliding on seem to need another couple of inches to be really secure. The spring works well until the plow hits it, they bend and stay bent making the marker unuseable. Good for some applications but not mine so back to rebar and 6 ft solid markers next season.

A great solution, but not indestructible
Nice poles for the side of my driveway. My wife is always taking out the fixed poles with her bumper, so I thought these would help. And they do! But, they are not indestructible. We backed directly over one of them and the spring is bent. I might be able to straighten it. This is certainly no fault of the poles. In fact, the pole itself is still fine. If the tire hadn't have gone directly over the it, the spring probably would have been fine. So far the other ones have held up just fine, and we've bumped them a few times. Before the next winter arrives, I will probably get a few extras to replace the ones that we've damaged. Overall, I highly recommend these over the fixed poles you can buy. These have the absolute best chance of surviving the winter!

Doing their job well.
I needed these stakes to block off an area. Other stakes were too blunt with no way to pound them into the ground. The spike portion of these is well designed and was easy to pound into the ground with a hammer. At first, I was a bit concerned about the stakes simply 'sitting' in the spring. We get a lot of very high winds and I thought the stakes might not stay seated in the base. They've been up for almost 2 months without a single problem. The bottom spike has stayed secure and none of the stakes have shown any indication of separating from the bottom. They are doing exactly what I needed them to do.

Marks my driveway AND acts as a visual barrier to neighbors who like to drive laterally across my driveway
Simply -- these Snow Stakes do the job they are set out for. They are sturdy enough, and visible in daylight and at night. I live in Montana. This year already we have record snowfall and without lining my driveway every 4 feet with these Snow Stakes, I would have a harder time with my shoveling and snow-blowing. If I had to be critical at all I would wish for the in-ground part of the stakes to be two or three inches longer. In soft soil, a longer stake is more stable. I plan on leaving these stakes up year-around. Reason: I have an unknown neighbor who likes to drive laterally across my driveway. This crushes the gravel beside the drive into the dirt - which will cause me to have to re-gravel more frequently - and potentially will break the concrete corners of the drive. Additionally, they anonymous vehicle drops huge clumps of dirt on my driveway. By installing these Snow Stakes in 3 to 4 foot intervals along the length of my driveway, they act as a visual barrier to persons who might otherwise carelessly drive onto my property. So far (4-months) it's working.

Easy to lose the supports after placed.
Bought these so the plow would be able to stay on the driveway and not dig up the grass. Inevitably, the plow knocked several down. The problem is they came out of the supports which I can no longer locate. Don't know if the supports got pulled up and pushed somewhere or I can't find them as they were but they're gone. The regular kind that just go in the ground can be hammered back in (until they break( but these will need to be discarded because they can't go in the ground without the supports. To be fair, I have a very long driveway so on a shorter driveway, this may not be as big a problem, but won't but these to replace the old ones.
