The instructions were a bit confusing due to the host of different installation options and the hardware is a bit flimsy, but I can't complain for the price. I used this to mount a Bose Solo Series II to a Vizio M-Series and the sound bar is flush with the bottom of the TV. You can't see the mount and the sound bar is securely attached, which is all you can ask for. If you're attaching to an existing wall-mounted TV, you will likely have to remove the TV from the wall which is a bit of a pain, especially if you have a larger TV. That's less a fault of the product and more of a head's up for what you're getting yourself into.

I should have purchased this sooner, but I didn't know sound bar mounts existed. My TV is in my living room sitting atop a wood TV Stand. The living room opens up to the dining room. There is a couch in between the living room and the dining room and because my sound bar sits on the TV stand below the TV the sound is hard to hear and it has no clarity when watching TV from the dining room. Our only remedy was to turn the sound up very loud. I thought I was going to have to mount my sound bar on the wall above the TV, which I didn't want to do. I was searching Amazon for something else and happened to see sound bar mounts. What a discovery! After a little research on sound bar mounts I chose this one because I thought it said VIZIO. I thought, oh it's a VIZIO so surely it will fit my VIZIO TV and VIZIO sound bar. After realizing it was VIVO (after it had already shipped) I wasn't too worried about it, others have used the product without issue so I figured that would be my experience as well. The price for this mount is cheaper than some others and that appealed to me too. The hardware is great! Black powder coating and the metal pieces feel sturdy. All of the screws and nuts threaded perfectly. I checked the packing list and everything was in the box. The instructions do NOT have a lot of words, but they do have lots of diagrams so you should be able to figure it out, eventually ;-). After understanding what I needed to do, I installed the mount in less than 10 minutes. Now I can sit in my dining room with the volume down low and hear everything clearly.

This soundbar mount was incredibly easy to install. I love that it can be adjusted and it is easy to move the soundbar once mounted. The idea of mounting a soundbar directly to the tv is great! This is such a space saver and makes it easy to move tv/soundbar together. I wish I had found this sooner!

So the curve on the back of my Vizio meant that the brackets couldn't sit flat on the back of the TV unless I had bought hardware and spacers longer than what's included. That is fine though, because these as soft/pliable enough that you can bend them by hand to adjust them to comply. If they were more ridgid I wouldn't be happy with them actually, and the hardware included is pretty well thought out. You could possibly do it cheaper with hardware store metal and hardware, but that would be tricky with the cost of metal from most places, and don't forget your time is valuable and running in circles for hardware is a time suck. Definitely would suggest this to friends or buy again if needed.

Does not work with the Polk Signa S2. This model of Polk uses a keyhole slot (uses the head of a screw in a slot In the speaker housing) rather than screwing directly into the speaker housing. The slot screws provided in this kit are too thick and it doesn’t allow you to fully seat the screw into the housing. However, I bought two of these kits and used the other to mount a JBL 3.1 soundbar to my Sony Bravia with no issues. Pretty easy to install and plenty sturdy to handle a light weight of a soundbar. Overall, these are ok. Keep in mind that if your soundbar has button controls on the top (like most do) and you still want to access those, you will not be able to mount these fully flush with the tv. Meaning part of the bracket will be exposed. These have a bit too much of a industrial look with the slots in the support bars exposed. I filled in the channels with a couple pieces of heavy card stock covered with some matte electrical tape. It makes it look a little better. For the price these definitely do the trick.

I was disappointed in finding that I had to purchase screws for my Roku sound bar. Many reviewers have complained that a universal mount should anticipate every situation, including design flaws by the speaker manufacturer. Lets face it, mounting hardware has been metric for some time. When Roku released their products they should have accepted the current standard. It is easy to take out our frustrations on the VIVO, but real issue is with Roku. This is a nice sturdy product and (given the proper screws) it is a nice buy.

While the instructions can be confusing, this mount works great. It would be tough to make instructions for all applications and I understand that. Luckily I am quite handy as I am in the construction business for a living and could figure this out. With all that being said it does exactly what it needs to do. Though I wish you can adjust the angle of the speaker up and/or down a bit depending on your needs. This mount was used on an older 50" Panasonic Plasma TV with a new Bose Solo soundbar. On the Bose the screw locations are quite close together and it still worked with out a problem. However the attachment on the TV was a little different due to the shape on the back of the TV. I had to add another plastic spacer (that came with the mount) to make sure the brackets sat flat. I would not hesitate to make this purchase again if I needed it.

El material y el tamaño estan perfectos, no tuve que usar las extensiones ya que los brazos principales alcanzaban a la perfección, el único detalle es que no venía el tornillo correcto para mi barra de sonido Sony HT-S20R, tuve que modificar unos tornillos que venían incluidos y rebajarlos para que quedarán bien, espero con el tiempo no tener problema con eso, pero en general es un muy buen producto.

Exactly what I needed. Solid. Was able to easily Top mount a Bomaker soundbar on a Panasonic TV. Should be effective on nearly any display, with a VESA mount. You may have to get creative, depending on the variables, however there is a considerable selection of included mounting hardware. Seemingly, every eventuality should have an appropriate solution. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're not looking to spend a great amount of money, mounting a sub $100 soundbar.
