Great quality, lots of included hardware options and fair priced!
01/05/2025 UPDATE: I now have 4 of these for 4 mounted TV's. All different brand TV's and mounted either a Polk Audio soundbar/subwoofer or JBL soundbar/subwoofer system to each TV. They work GREAT! I recommend to friends and family after they see mine. I would also recommend to anyone. The price is incredible when you account for the quality, multiple mounting options and all the screws/bolts/brackets needed for any soundbar out there! Soundbars are secure and do not impact or interfere with the TV mount, but it does use the same screws/holes that your TV mount connects to the TV with. Again, great product, quality, features, options, HIGHLY recommend! Bought 2 of these for 2 different TV's/soundbars. Both kits were complete and had all the hardware for multiple mount options as well as easy to read/follow instructions. Polk soundbars have a "keyhole mount" on the back so I did not use/need the additional "L" brackets that other soundbars would need, but they were there! Used one for a Polk S2 to a 65" Samsung and then a Polk S4 to a 75" Samsung. Both TV's are on articulating mounts. The 65" TV was already mounted and I mounted the 75" and speaker bracket at the same time. Both installs were very easy and took maybe 10-15 minutes for each TV. The soundbar is firmly and securely attached to each TV and does not move if I had to pull out the TV to have access to TV inputs in the back. The brackets are designed so that you can either have the soundbar flush with bottom of the TV or extended below if your soundbar has buttons on top of it that you have to use regularly! Great quality for both brackets and hardware. Mutiple mounting options out of the box. Compared to other mounts for quality, price and options, this is the one! Ordering 2 more sets for a 60" and 55" TV's in our guest rooms! Highly recommend!

Need a little skill, but result is good.
Finding a suitable soundbar mount is becoming increasingly difficult. As TVs and soundbars grow larger and adopt more unique shapes, mounting becomes tricky—especially with newer models featuring upward-firing Atmos drivers that require specific clearance from the TV's bottom edge. I am installing my LG S80TY soundbar onto an LG C5 77" TV using the Mounting Dream MD5428 kit in conjunction with a MantelMount MM340. A major challenge I encountered was that the soundbar’s bottom mounting holes are approximately 28 inches apart, which is wider than the standard horizontal bar included in the MD5428 kit (which is only 27.56"). I had to contact the manufacturer to request their 41" horizontal bar to ensure the bracket was wider than the soundbar itself. Furthermore, LG soundbars are so long and deep that the standard holes on the bracket tray didn't line up. I had to drill new holes myself to securely lock the soundbar onto the tray, as shown in the photo. Ultimately, the final outcome is highly satisfactory. The bracket is robust and comes well-equipped with various components for customization. Customer support was excellent, promptly providing the longer horizontal bar upon request. While the installation is relatively straightforward, achieving perfect compatibility between the TV, soundbar, and mount requires some prior research and a bit of DIY capability

Great, but…..
Good quality and does what it’s supposed to do. However, they should include nuts for some of the screws provided. For those who don’t want to take the tv off the wall mount, which these brackets are generally used for, the brackets can be attached to the existing mount without having to take it down. It would require additional nuts and washers, but it works great. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

An Affordable, Easy-to-Use DIY Solution for Your Entertainment Setup.
As a self-proclaimed "DIY-er", I've mounted everything from shelves to picture frames on my walls. But when it came to mounting my new soundbar, I was hesitant to take on the challenge. Enter the Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount! Let me just say, this product exceeded all of my expectations. Not only was it super easy to install (I did it all by myself!), but it also gave my living room a sleek, modern look. Plus, the ability to mount the soundbar above or below the TV was a game changer. The Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount also comes with detachable long extension plates, which was perfect for my TV setup. The plates allowed me to position the soundbar exactly where I wanted it, without any awkward gaps or angles. And let's be real, no one wants a crooked soundbar. But the best part? The Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount held my soundbar securely in place, even during my most intense movie nights. No more worrying about my precious soundbar falling off the wall and ruining the ambiance. Not to mention, the customer service from Mounting Dream was exceptional. They provided clear instructions and even included all of the necessary hardware, making the installation process a breeze. And if you do happen to run into any issues, their customer service team is quick to respond and will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. But let's talk about the real reason you're reading this review - the humor. Mounting a soundbar may not sound like the most exciting thing in the world, but let me tell you, it was a real adventure for me. I felt like I was on an episode of "Extreme DIY-ers" (if that was a real show). The Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount gave me the confidence to take on this project, and the end result was worth it. Not only do I have a top-of-the-line sound system, but I also have a newfound sense of pride in my DIY skills (although, let's be real, the Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount did most of the work). One more thing I have to mention is the versatility of this product. The Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount is designed to fit most soundbars up to 15 pounds, so no matter what type of sound system you have, this mount has got you covered. Plus, the ability to mount the soundbar above or below the TV gives you even more options for customization. But let's be honest, the real reason we all love this product is because it makes us look like we know what we're doing. It's like having a secret weapon in our DIY arsenal. When our friends come over and see our sleek, professional-looking entertainment setup, they'll be amazed at our handy work. Little do they know, the Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount did most of the heavy lifting. All jokes aside, I truly do recommend the Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount. It's an affordable, easy-to-use product that will make a big difference in your entertainment setup. Whether you're a seasoned DIY-er or a first-time mounter, this product is sure to exceed your expectations. Plus, with a name like "Mounting Dream", you know you're getting a quality product. Overall, I give the Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount a solid 5 out of 5 stars. It's affordable, easy to install, and provides a professional look to any entertainment setup. Plus, the peace of mind knowing that my soundbar won't come crashing down during a thrilling action scene is priceless. Clean look, solid mount, zero headaches
This Mounting Dream soundbar mount does exactly what it promises — easy setup and a great finished look. The instructions were straightforward, all the hardware was included, and I had it mounted above my TV in no time. The adjustable brackets and detachable extension plates made it simple to line everything up perfectly, regardless of soundbar size. Once installed, it feels very sturdy and secure. No wobble, no sag, just a clean, professional-looking setup that really elevates the whole TV area. It works equally well mounted above or below the TV, and the low-profile design keeps everything looking sleek instead of bulky. Pros: • Very easy to install with clear instructions • Sturdy, well-built, and feels secure • Clean, modern look once mounted • Adjustable brackets fit a wide range of soundbars • Includes all necessary hardware Cons: • Takes a little time to fine-tune alignment (minor) • Extension plates may be unnecessary for smaller soundbars Overall, this is a fantastic mount that delivers on both function and aesthetics. Highly recommend if you want a simple, solid, and clean soundbar mounting solution.

Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount: Heavy Duty-ish, Mostly a Dream, Slightly a Nap
The Mounting Dream Soundbar Mount — because nothing says "home theater upgrade" like drilling holes into your wall and hoping for the best. And to be fair, it mostly lives up to its name. It’s sturdy, does the job, and didn’t instantly fall off the wall — which is basically a 5-star experience in the world of DIY. That said, calling it “heavy duty” might be a bit generous. It feels solid, but you’ll still find yourself staring at it after installation like, “Are you... okay? You’re not gonna drop my $300 soundbar in the middle of the night, right?” Installation was fairly painless — assuming you own a power drill, a level, and just a touch of stubborn optimism. The instructions were written in that classic "mystical IKEA riddle" style, but with enough squinting and Googling, you'll get there. The design? It’s fine. Not invisible, not ugly — just kind of there. Like a background character in a sitcom. Not stealing the show, but not ruining it either. Would I recommend it? Sure. It’s pretty good. Not amazing, not terrible. Like a gas station sandwich you didn’t regret — which in this case, is honestly high praise for a wall mount.

Looks good and work with creativity
I used this to mount a Yamaha soundbar to a 43" LG tv. It worked and looks pretty good. It helped with the sound bar itself with sound as the Yamaha soundbar the speakers were pointed upward when just sitting on the stand. With these mounts now the soundbar speakers are forward facing towards you. As far as mounting to the sound bar, you need to be creative a bit. The instructions itself help a bit but really not very informative. Issue I had for a minute was actually how the brackets mounted to the sound bar directly. Nothing in directions said anything about this as the only thing on sound bar fpr mointing were the slots for a wall mount. After a bit of sifting through the array of hardware I found two little things with threads inside (like a bolt). I assessed size and they fit the wall mounting holes on back of sound bar. With the assistance of a hammer and a few light taps I got them pressed into back of sound bar. I was then able to bolt the sound bar onto the brackets. Nothong in the instructions said to do this but I assume it is needed to be done. You can adjust the mounts and bar pretty easily, but i took the easy road. I just ensured the angle of brackets were the same coming of the tv. Then i just bolted the sound bar onto brackets with the full extension on the selected slot that allows a lot of height adjustment. Doing this ensured thr bar was level to the tv and centered from edge to edge. I do have about a 1" gap from the tv to the soundbar but it was easier this way than measuring a lot for a flush look. And it really doesn't look bad either, just a small gap. Overall a easy setup once i uaed them bolt looking things and tapped into the back of the sound bar. As far as weight, these brackets are pretty heavy for the size of them. I was surprised by that. I am sure that they would jave no problem holding the 20'ish pounds as stated. The Yamaha bar I have is pretty heavy as it has a subwoofer included. These brackets have no issue holding the bar and the brackets nor have they flexed or bent when i mounted them. Just take a few minutes and use the spacers included with the hardware. Be creative and these brackets work great. If you cannot find a way to bolt onto the sound bar itself, find them threaded bolts with little teeth on the outside and see if they will fit into your wall mounting holes. Probaly will and go from there.
