How often should this be used?

I got a spray tan that darkened my toe nails and I couldn’t wash or run the color off. I thought I would try this on the nails for that purpose and it helped a lot. For that purpose I only used it a couple of times in a period of a week. I’m not sure how often it would need to be used in fingernails.
