Got a set of these since I had the smaller 5M, 3M, and 1M sizes. Had some larger areas needed color so tried a set of these. They work really well covering larger areas with that nice broad tip. You can even tilt it a bit to make a smaller line ( getting close to an edge). I find they work well with dragging the marker along and letting the flow just run to give a smooth coverage. You can also dab it down when working with a stencil or needing a little more texture/build-up. One thing to note: the paint will take a little while to fill that tip, have patience with it. Unlike the smaller sizes, the tip seems to be a pretty thick felt type material with a little more "give" than the 5M+3M ones. They do feel more like a felt brand tip permanent marker (sharpie style), where the smaller sizes are more rigid - marking it easier to get finer lines and such. Paint coverage is good one these. In using standard gesso canvas, I did two passes in a larger area of work. It worked really well and gave that same coverage as some of the smaller areas I used with smaller ones. Typically I will do several passes to get the coverage I like on most of my stuff, but I like that it is light enough to get that "under texture" as well. Had not experienced any leaking when priming the marker or working with them. Probably has to do with the large tip. POSCA markers are quite addictive and lots of fun. I used to get all my paints and brushes and supplies all together, then lose my time or motivation. With these I find them very valuable for spur of the moment ideas, doodles, goofing around. because you just shake it up, de-cap/prime and GO! The colors are all great, however, they don't have all the colors in all the sizes (yet?) so do little research on what colors are available in the sizes you like to work in - I believe Black & White do come in all the sizes though.

These are broad tip markers so if you're lettering your protest posters or otherwise needing to fill multiple square inches, they're perfect. They are not meant for fine-line detail work. I used these to customize my polycarbonate hard shell suitcases so they'll be less likely to be hauled off by the wrong person by mistake at an airport baggage claim. The tip width was perfect for painting bright contrasting color into the little rivulets molded into the suitcase shells. It takes a few presses to get the paint flowing into the tip of each marker the first time, then they work beautifully. I'd love to tell you more of what I accomplished with these but I have an adult daughter who is quite the artist... and she has 'em now.

so far this all good they posca paint markers they take a little whole for the paint to come out and once they do it work fine i would say make sure you text on something else before stating your project the paint does run a bit. over all they dry fast color do pop out nicely, i would not know how long would they last we just stated our project and its long one so they will keep up. for the 8 pcs they are well made color dont pop as much but they are nice contrast with the others not runny and also dry fast so check your floor if you have little ones helping out we had a few spots on our floor but they come off i do have tile don't' know about carpet. overall i love all this colors we hope we can get as much out of them and for the price it's worth it.

I really love Uni-POSCA paint markers! I got these in a bold chisel tip so I could make signs for a school carnival. I was able to get bold and gorgeously opaque coloring that really stood out on a black background. I finished them with a quick spray of poly acrylic spray paint so it wouldn't run or smear and it lasted a very long time. I've attached a photo of a fun little craft project I did with black cardstock. The colors layer very well as long as you let them dry completely between layers. They do dry quickly so it makes blending hard. If you want a soft blended look acrylic paint is better than these paint pens. Lettering with these is a breeze and since it's a chisel tip you can get varying line widths depending on how you hold the markers. It does take a little while to get the ink flowing. I do all of the colors as soon as I get it so that I'm not wasting time getting the ink to flow in the middle of a project. I wish some colors like the white and peach were more opaque. The white, as pictured, leaves marker strokes which I don't like. Overall this is a great set though! Will be buying thes for life.

My son said they were ok, he just didn't like that they bled through the paper.

I used these on the brown kraft paper type of background and it worked great! Great alternative for paint!

Wasserbasiert - fast geruchlos - trotzdem lichtecht (sehr selten bei Markern - egal ob auf Wasser- oder Alkoholbasis). Deckend - nicht alle Farben decken gleich gut aber das ist bei solchen aus der Tube genauso. Die Farben trocknen langsamer als andere was das Erstellen von sanften Übergängen erleichtert, aber doch rasch genug um zügig arbeiten zu können.

Han llegado antes de tiempo, los envían desde Japón. Puedo decir que son exactamente los mismos que venden aquí por un precio más reducido. Para mí esto es muy importante puesto que los uso bastante y no tengo siempre presupuesto para este tipo de artículos. Tarda unas semanas en llegar pero puedo decir que ahorras mucho dinero.
