I hate the loops behind my ear which makes me uncomfortable. This is my favorite masks and I will recommend this to anyone who has a larger head and suffer from the ear loops on a regular mask.

Works well for my wife and me. Our heads are 6-3/4 and 7 hat size, which these fit okay. the top straps are exactly long enough for us. The top straps are too short for a universal fit One of our sons heads is too large for the too straps to tie behind. He adjusted them to be ear-loop masks. Ear-loop are annoying for wearing glasses. These are old school gown masks. I like them.

I got this because the straps tie around the head. I wanted more protection and I didn't want more ear loops. I tie it tight at the top and am able to catch some of my ear which makes everything more comfortable. Since it's the top layer a 15 mask box is great as I can discard it after a bit and go to a fresh one.

While these masks appear to be made of good quality materials the upper ties are too short. They fit my head which is small but will not be adequate for all. Also of major importance is once tied there is a gap near the cheek area allowing open access to the mouth & nose instead of fitting flush to the face. With no way to compensate for that lack of protection I don't use this mask unless I'm in a minimal contact situation. For good protection I cannot recommend this product.

I needed a mask that did not have elastic that goes around ears. Just had surgery behind my ears with staples & unable to use a mask with ear elastic This mask is soft and tied, not interfering with any sutures

Does not lay on your face correctly. It leaves huge gaps on the sides no matter how you tie it because it is very stiff and rough. Look for a different mask.

Its back tied feature addresses earaches by year long masking through earl oops. So far the best quality among all mask brands I have bought. Very breathable, long enough ties, and good material. Highly recommend this product at this moment.
