I have tried this product two times, the taste can be better. But it gives instant energy as compared to others, it's good to go thing, u can easily carry it to anywhere for your protein intake

Bad quality with spoilt nuts
I regularly use this fruit and nut bar . Bad experience only with this batch. I stopped ordering from Amazon and started ordering 1-2 pieces every day from a different supplier , instamart and it is fresh
