Why did you pick this product vs others?: This hair is super excellent. It is soft, natural and fluffy. I got a lot of compliment about my hair style. No itching, it is very natural. I did it in microbraid twist, and it looks stunning. I got value for my money. I reused strands of the hair that felt out from my hair style over time. I also, plan to purchase this hair again. I purchased a pack of 3 of the 10 inch. It is absolutely gorgeous. It is very light and perfect for a natural look. I am happy with my purchased and will buy this product again very soon. I am wearing it in my hair for 2 months now. It is also washable; I washed my hair and it did not tangle. Good product. I am extremely happy.

I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing this hair. Definitely FALSE advertisement. I am never one to complain but this hair is unacceptable. It’s not true to length and it has wayyy too many tiny pieces of hair in the bulk. Not even worth half the price. I don’t understand how this is allowed to be sold. The hair texture fo 18 & 20 was completely different and the colors were off. My hair looked red in certain bundles. The hair was falling apart as my stylist tried to install it.
