Quality Issue
I ordered this for my office, but the alignment and the quality don't seem quite nice for a sanitiser dispenser worth almost 1200. Now I want to return it, but they are only giving a replacement option, even when the website clearly stated the the product is returnable for 7 days after delivery. This type of harassment by the services of Amazon is not expected by me.

Bought from Amazon and correct seller itself but there was no installation manual in the pack.
We are teachers of an academy for school and college children. We bought this product for our academy from Amazon itself, from the correct seller prescribed by Amazon itslef. Though the product is sturdy and durable, we are very sad that there was no installation manual inside the outer pack. We couldn't attach the bottom board peice with the hand sanitizer stand and erect it vertically. You can't see the outer pack in the photo we attached because after unboxing we removed the outer pack & placed it in the recycling area to save space.
