I have nzxt x72 cooler. The fans are too noisy. Planning to replace them with these noctua fans.. Will it be compatible and solve my noise issue ?

Well noctua fans are quite silent so it should. Also your cooler should be able to fit any 120mm fans. I would recommend first trying one fan replacement
