I have a countertop reverse osmosis unit, which is great because my county keeps sending me letters saying that we have abnormally and excessively high PFAS levels in our water and they're trying to fix it. I feel much better knowing that toxic contaminants are being stripped from my water, especially as someone who's dealt with a lot of chronic health issues. The problem is that minerals and good things are also being stripped from my water. I have a remineralization filter for my water but I don't trust that it adequately remineralizes. That's where these trace mineral drops come in. I've actually been using them sometimes since before I got the reverse osmosis unit, but now I use them all the time, every time I pour myself some water I add Trace Mineral Drops. They make my water taste better and provide much needed nutrients, very happy with it. Great price and quality for what it does.

It's a tiny bit bitter to taste, but I discovered that putting it in at least 8 ounces of water dissipates the bitterness. You could use juice too.

This is a staple in my morning routine. With the depletion of minerals and nutrients in our soil and food, it is really hard to naturally get adequate minerals, so this is a fantastic substitute. I have noticed a difference in my skin, hair, and energy after taking this. I will say, I do not enjoy the taste. I have heard differing opinions on this and reasons why it might taste different to some people, so it may just be something with my body and my preferences. You can put it into any beverage or smoothie, but I add it to my liquid multivitamine and I can't taste it. Super easy way to get the missing minerals your body needs and craves. 1 bottle goes a long way as well. I think my little bottle lasts about 3-4 months. Definitely worth adding to your daily routine!
