Review: Perfect garage coating - Very good product for the cost, easy to use, looks great
Review: Excellent product - After doing my detached garage with epoxy and being disappointed that it yellows due to uv exposure, I decided to try this product. It’s amazing. It goes on easier, looks better and is extremely durable. This floor has been down for about 3 years now and it looks as good as it did when it was new. I did an epoxy base with full flake coverage and then topped it with this. As with anything, prep is key. Rent a floor grinder, do it right and you can’t beat this stuff off with a hammer.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How long does it take to fully dry?**
A: It took about 4-6 hrs for it to dry.!I moved all my things back into the floor (without) dragging or pushing. I have it a full 24 hrs to really cure and the car was back in garage.

**Q: Can I apply this directly to grinded, clean concrete with the colored epoxy and just sand for grip?**
A: Yes. That's what I did. It looks amazing

**Q: How much square footage does this cover?**
A: I was able to cover around 200 sq. ft. It is a very nice top coat. I did a full broadcast color chip over the MP-160 with this as a top coat. Very satisfied!

**Q: What is the approximate gallon per square foot? I want to ensure proper top coat coverage for my 800 sq/ft garage.**
A: Unless you have experience with applying Polyaspartic I do not recommend using it. It sets very quick and from experience you do not want the product to set prematurely. The product is great its just the nature of the Polyaspartic beast. if experienced, i would recommend two kits. better to have too much than not enough. Remember this is your final coat. How it ends up will show how successful your project is.with 800 sq ft plan on having three people to apply and backroll. you need to get it on and get it done fast.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Clear Coat Floor Product
*by M***N on December 5, 2023*

Me and my wife built our home 10 years ago on 20 acres in Bowling Green Kentucky. We breed and raise Belgian Malinois (Dogs for those who don't know) we have concrete floors on our first floor, 2,200 sq ft. We have battled it out with a few products over the years and they quickly failed. We studied Polyaspartic Polyurea Coating System and decided on this company. 100 percent satisfied - We are talented people and know how to apply paint. We were not rushed as we figured out how much each room would take. We used 2 red solo cups one for part a and one for part b. We threw the cups out after each mix.. it goes pretty far as we used a 1/4 inch nap roller for our first coat and a 3/8 nap on our 2nd coat. We also threw down paint chips on the first coat - John at Mohawks Malinois
