Coccoina Glue Stick – Rubber (0.05 kg, 20 g) White

My daughter's teacher asked for fifty glue sticks at the beginning of the year. These were the only ones I found that weren't made of planet-killing stuff and were made in a country with labor laws. In addition to being more eco friendly, the teacher and kids like to use them.

I had order two cases of these glue sticks which would be 40 glue sticks. Instead I received 2 glue sticks for my $120+. ????

The smell is a bonus. Great paper glue, easy to use on everything from card stock to rice paper!!! Dries smooth and clear. I am a card maker, mixed media and cigar box crafter. Sometimes I have warped heavy paper, watercolor or mix media paper and I will use score-tape to ensure that my card will arrive in once piece, however, when I use Coccoina glue in conjunction with my score-tape, I have a little bit of wiggle room to get the warped paper exactly where I want it on the card base. Can’t live with out this glue for very professional looking creations.

This glue stick came recommended to me by Kelly Kilmer, a mixed media artist based in the Los Angeles area. It's by far the best glue stick I've ever used for mixed media work. It's a pretty wet glue, though, and if you prefer really "dry gluing" this glue stick probably won't work for you. I love the almond smell, too.

These glue sticks are awesome! Not only do they work as well as conventional glue sticks, but they also smell great and are a pleasure to use. Their almond fragrance brings a whole new definition to "sniffing glue".
