Fixed periods and acne
This was recommended by a worker at a whole foods store who said this cleared her hormonal problems. So I've bought 3 bottles over a period of 3 months and I kid you not, I have regular menstrual cycles and my skin cleared up. I'm usually VERY skeptic about "supplements" targeted towards women but this was a miracle worker.

Female "Support"
I don’t get into all the “scientific” stuff regarding supplements. I do know that this seems to work, and I have no ill side effects. Would prefer a gummy as the capsule can be a bit difficult to swallow. There is a slight after-taste which isn’t too pleasant. Decent priced organic product.

I WANTED TO LOVE THIS PRODUCT :(
So I have been dealing with PCOS all my life…. And when I first heard about this product which was a few months back I decided to give it a try. However, it started work in the beginning by causing my menstrual cycle to come on but once I kept using & ordering this product, my hope went down hill & eventually it disappointed me. When it comes to PCOS.. this product isn’t the go too! So now I’m about to look for inositol which I heard helps with my PCOS symptoms. Wish me luck! :)
