SCAM - does not work, SOUNCE does not replace.
SCAM product. Does not work, is not real. You can see the working dongle i bought later in the photo background. No option to return/replace on amazon, okay. Filled up the โreplacement / issueโ form on sounce website, uploaded invoice. NO RESPONSE, been over a week. SOUNCE is a cheap scammy brand. No different than buying those โfake pendrivesโ in those pavement shops. Will NEVER buy SOUNCE again.

Working fine
Writing this after 2 years of use. Product is loose while using, Need to adjust all the time. Its usb port needs improvement otherwise it is working fine.

not good; will frequently disconnect without any reason. Its better to go for TP-Link as this 399 is going to be waste.Also return is not possible instead you have to raise warranty claims so not worth the hassle.I just threw it in dustbin.
