Ideal Leadership
What a perfect educational system we would have if all leaders used these hacks! I can see this is not an overnight process, but it's written in such a way that the suggestions can be followed by many schools. Unfortunately, some of the suggestions would need rewiring to be possible in small rural communities. Still highly recommend, because the mindset can be contagious.

Best Book Study We've Done in Years
As a school superintendent, I'm always looking for the next great book study for our administration team and this one did not disappoint. It's an easy read and every chapter has practical "what to do tomorrow" strategies that are easy to implement but offer high-impact. The conclusion, "Be Like Water," was inspiring and memorable. I definitely recommend this to any school administrator who wants to build relationships with staff and students and to remove any barriers for school success.

Leadership Sweet
Every chapter consists of a hack and how you can improve your leadership in real life cases and scenarios. Each chapter introduces the hack and why itโs important and then gives examples of how those changes could be implemented tomorrow as well as provide a blueprint for continued success and steps to take.

Inspiring read for school leaders
For my professional development this summer, I gathered quite a hefty stack of books to read. By far, Hacking Leadership will have the most impact when I return to school in the fall. This inspirational read is filled with real-life challenges and examples, as well as advice and ideas that can be immediately implemented. While it's a relatively quick and easy read, this is a book that I know l'll return to again and again. I highly recommend Hacking Leadership for all learning leaders.

Thought provoking
I find this to be an easy to follow and thought provoking read. Came away with some inspiring ideas. The real world examples gave the ideas an authenticity not always found in directional books and guides like this.
