This is a great charging case for the price I paid it gives me and extra 50% battery on the go. My only complaint is the bulk of the case but it’s easily over looked.

As others have said, only charges my phone 30%. Really useless.

Many people do not like (hate) these juice packs as they don't have a lot of power/battery. I get their gripe. Fortunately, you can buy these for under $10 so I've bought several of these for my old iPhone XS Max and I keep them charged and for my needs it gets my phone to 100% with no problem. Also, my phone's regular lightning slot slowly went from working to not at all so I have to charge it wirelessly and thankfully these j.packs accommodate this feature. The phone is old and about to be too old for the current updates so they've helped me keep this phone well past what I'd normally keep a phone. If you just have one, yes they only charge 35-45% max so I can see why so many were not happy.
