Justice Shaving Company Shave Bowl - Dual Layer Stainless Steel

I love this bowl! It is exactly as I imagined it and it looks great in my bathroom with my white, steel, and chrome fixtures. Some people have written reviews that they don't think this bowl is steel--I believe it is definitely stainless steel; it is simply very thin steel formed with air between the inside and outside as an insulator. It is not heavy, which is fine for me; I did not expect it to be heavy. I suppose if one were to abuse it or drop it that it could dent due my perceived thinness of the steel. The size is perfect to palm in one hand, but not tiny either. For the price, I would not expect overly thick steel and this gets five stars in my book!!! This is a decent beginner bowl. It's not a great bowl. You probably aren't going to fall in love with creating a lather in this bowl, but it's good for what it is. I tend to keep my razor and brush on the ledge of the tub in this bowl. I also tend to start building my lather in this bowl, but then move to my hand to get the really good, thick lather I want to put on my legs. It's difficult to tell though. New razor, new soaps, new bowl, new blades, new technique. It's nice in those situations. I doubt it's anything that anyone who is really into wet shaving is going to keep around though. Oh, I agree with other reviewers. It is light weight. Deceivingly light. I don't feel like I wasted my money. It was a nice stepping stool. I'll probably get something better in the future, but for now, it's good enough. And it will be very pretty when I re purpose it for wine corks or pot pourri.

The bowl is much bigger than I suspected, but it works great with my shaving soap and helps work up a great lather. I had been using wood bowls that came with my soap but that stained my counter. This keeps the heat nicely, the soap fits, and it stays nice and clean. The construction is solid as well and it feels good in the hand. My photo shows a large puck inserted to gauge size. Like another reviewer mentioned, it is probably an awesome ice-cream bowl too!

The bowl works well for me. The size is good and it doesn't get too hot when sitting in warm water. It's hard to believe it's metal because it's very light but it does the job of being shaving cream bowl well.

I purchased this bowl after looking at many different bowls and I am beyond happy with my purchase. For one, the company personally emails you to make sure everything is good and that you are happy with your purchase, which I think is awesome. Great customer service! The product itself is a perfect size, it’s been real easy to get a great lather out of this bowl. It keeps the water warm for a long period(when softening the brush), it’s nice and shiney, and it matches my other shaving products! I highly recommend this product and company!

After dropping and breaking my last shaving bowl I decided to get one that did not break when dropped. This stainless steel bowl fills the need. It is both strong and light weight. Fits in the hand really well and you can whip up a lot of lather with it. Other bowls I have had have been too small and more lather fell outside than stayed in the bowl. This bowl does not have that issue. Just the right weight and feel and size.

Excellent shaving bowl. It is double-insulated and works great. I put hot water in and soak my shaving brush as I shower. Once I get out, the brush hairs are soaked and the bowl retains the heat. It is very easy to whip up a lather. I used Proraso Shaving Cream (in the tube). The brush and shaving cream stayed warm throughout the shave. It is stainless steel and not plastic as another reviewer claimed. It worked very well for me.
