Worked out fine--they are just lightweight wire racks, I guess painted with enamel-type paint. The cookies cooled down quickly and evenly and I had less breaking and cracking. The cooling racks are really nice and made well. However, they are not oven safe. On the Amazon website it states the these racks are oven safe up to 450 degrees. The packaging on the rack states it is Not Oven Safe. Not returning because I bought them for cooling.
