Pros: convenient, cheaper than Arbonne Fizz sticks, has some caffeine but not enough to jack you up. Cons: tastes like green Gatorade (flat - not carbonated), doesn't contain all the vitamins like Fizz sticks, tablets take forrrrrevvvverrrrr to dissolve.

Been using Nuun tablets for 5 years. Relatively expensive, but like all nutritional exercise products, you need to find what delivers for you. These work best for me.

Nuun is a great solution to keep electrolytes balanced!
I have several things in my life that tend to dehydrate me. Drinking water is majorly important for me, but sometimes even that's not enough and that's where Nuun comes in. The tablets dissolve in water quickly, the Fresh Lime in particular tastes wonderful, and they relieve the symptoms when I'm getting out of balance. Highly recommended both for efficacy and flavor!
