As someone who plays competitive hockey and occasionally dabbles in baseball and martial arts, I've gone through several brands of compression shorts and protective cups, but nothing has come close to the comfort, quality, and peace of mind these provide. I am a pro- MMA fighter, after damage to my `ACL` and a torn meniscus - my training was severely impaired, with on going sports physio / rehab I needed to find a knee strap that would suit my needs to continue to train at a decent level.
