Would this cloth be suitable?** A: I don’t know a whole lot about embroidery, but this material does have holes in it since it’s made for cross stitch. The holes are smaller since it’s 18 count, but you would still need to double your floss to cover them. I think your best option would be to see if someone who does cross stitch would cut you a piece of fabric to try or maybe a local craft shop would do the same for you?
