Excellent for Gym and Fitness
With a wholping 11g protein in 200ml, this soya milk is unbeatable. Also the added vitamins and minerals make it a brilliant choice. I use this to make protein shakes, smoothies, breakfast ceareal mostly and it tastes very well, and texture is fine too. I buy it in bulk from Amazon when price is under ₹130/litre which makes it value for money. There are no issues with smell and all. Also, sometimes during delivery few boxes gets damaged for which Amazon refunds instantly.

Now With Extra Water; Confusing "NO ADDED FLAVOUR OR COLOUR" Claim
I liked this soy milk much more when I bought it previously. Back then it was tasty, smooth and had a richer mouthfeel - somehow you could even feel a pleasant warmth in your mouth when drinking it chilled! The current batches feel noticeably more runny and watery in comparison, which is disappointing! The labelling also doesn't inspire much confidence. The ingredient list mentions nature-identical (not natural) vanilla flavouring, yet just below it the pack says "NO ADDED FLAVOUR OR COLOUR". Those two statements directly contradict each other. Nature-identical flavouring isn't the same thing as natural vanilla, and it's still an added flavour regardless. I used to genuinely enjoy this, so the apparent drop in texture/quality is especially disappointing. Between the much more watery consistency and the contradictory labelling, I can only give it 3 stars.

Worth the price.
I have ordered it tens of times! I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance and this has been a life saver. The additional amount of protein is just cherry on top.

Best plant milk in the India market
Have purchased this product multiple times but every-time I receive at least 1 carton where the milk has curdled or gone stale. Love the product, however the company needs to address the quality issues. Update: Whatever quality issues the company had - they have definitely seem to fixed it. I have continued buying the product (have easily consumed more than 150+ packs already since the last time I wrote the review) and have been very satisfied. IMO - SoGood Protein+ is currently the best plant milk in the India market. Best bang for buck.

high serum phosphorous levels in this product & bad delivery experience
On Amazon Now they employ shady shops which cancel delivery & refund you minus the cashback A huge waste of time & money The product is thick & tastes like Atta flour paste Not at all palatable It can lead to Mineral and Bone Disorders because of high serum phosphorous levels
