Review: Worth of money - Very nice book Review: Highly endearing & inspirational! - As i read this book, I felt like I was right there watching the scenes unfold. What a narration - of events and of the variety of emotions - expressed as purely and as genuinely as possible! What a book! What inspiration! And I totally loved the way he concluded the book - "If Yuvi can, you can". Massive respect for this man and for his amazing mother!

Just Beautiful and Inspirational!!!
Only a person who has fought from the very beginning of his life could topple up a disease like cancer and bounce back hard. Yuvi such an inspiration. Great book about struggles in life. There are highs and lows in lives and as Kapil paaji says.. This time will also go.. So live u r fullest at both times and keep fighting because it's our choice to what we want in our life. Great book!!!

A thousand salute's
Thank you Yuvraj Singh for all the memories. But the book of yours certainly made me believe, cometh what may, it's your mental resolve and grit, that can make you even defeat a monster like cancer. Had the opportunity to meet you in person, a young upcoming left handed charismatic South paw, in November 2002 and equally thankful, that I had met that Yuvraj Singh then, and this Yuvraj Singh, again, but this time through his book, his emotions, his never say die attitude! Proud to have read this book!

Awesome
Amazon was amazing as usual. Got my package within the expected date .Yuvraj singh is my hero and i was really curious about his case of cancer cure. This book is really inspiring. Some things i loved the most in this book are --> Even gifted cricketers like yuvraj are humiliated by someone who is not so good in cricket(Navjot Singh Siddu) --> How exactly you dedicate yourself to what you care the most --> If you need to achieve something big then you need to sacrifice something(as yuvraj had to struggle with his body for making 100 crore indians proud of being the world champions) Overall a must read book for all

A Hard-fought Battle
Everything about this book is good in that Yuvraj Singh doesn't like to mince words about his personal battles and a lot of things are revealed to the author. At first, he was tentative about revealing the news to the media. Later, after someone broke the news about his very personal illness, he began to be comfortable with it. He has depicted scathing pain during chemotherapy and how he began to be emotional about his life or things after surviving the disease. The whole story in this book is about grit, determination and a steely resolve. He could manage to break free from the condition owing solely to his athletic abilities. Without these his heart could have burst as the diagnosis was done very late. This tale of a hard fought athlete encourages everyone to be physically fit. Otherwise, life could become very treacherous if afflicted with such a monstrous illness. A support factor like his mother is also very essential as she never left his side. Life is about dogged perseverance and brutal aggression. Live on, Yuvraj!!

With pen Yuvraj is as good as he is on the crease
On the eve of my writing, I wanna assure you that I, although a fan of Yuvi, am not biasing here to review his charming autobiography. The pages are a little bit yellowish but binding as well as printing and editing are not just OK, actually great. With coauthors Yuvi has depicted beautifully the days of his tiring effort in teenage to crack a chance in Punjab Ranji Team and then in Indian Senior Cricket Team. He has also shared some 'under-the - carpet' stories of the Indian dressing room in WC 2011. With the pen the Punjab born stalwart has portrayed the crucial time of his life, i.e. when India was winning matches to seal the coveted WC and Yuvraj was mesmerising everyone by his stunning performance, simultaneously he had to suffering from CANCER. It has written neither serieswise nor it contains just stats, so, no matter, whether you are a fan of Yuvi or not, you can buy this book to be motivated yourself.
