Ordered this 6 node smart switch which do not work on powering up, the status led was not glowing, customer support executive asked to replace this with new one, I initiated the replacement order, received the new one and the new device is also defective. having the same problem, LED is not glowing on powering the device, customer support asked to replace it again. But the problem is, now I can't see the option to replace this item in my orders, I have only option to return the item, I think this is because the replacement of earlier order is not yet completed in the system. After a months use: Customer support resolved the issue, and this is my review after using this for a month, it's working really well, i connected to my home assistant server. Every nodes are detected and even gets connected after power cut without any glitch, good thing is it provides options to control the devices both with app an phisical switches, i connected to HA, till now working as expected. Thanks to Tinxy support for providing quick support and resolved all the problems 👍

This is the best possible product. Im very happy with the purchase. Though initially ot took some time and difficult to configure alomg with my electrician, now it works like a charm. All my ceiling lights and wall lights are controlled via app and alexa. Reallt want to see such products made in india. I was also very happy to see, a quick proactive call made by the tech team.

Till date after month working great. But only one thing is that if proper outer cover of the device was present then it will be more good.

Review after more than two years of usage. The circuit is just wrapped in a insulated cover, unlike other manufacturers concealed in plastic case. Connecting with internet is very complicated and not user friendly. To reset have to open the switch board. Very importantly the product fails very often. The relays don't work or totally goes dead. So far have purchased five units, all failed within two years. Competition products are well designed and long lasts. Better NOT to buy. Waste of money

This is my second product from Tinxy. 1. The first one is 4 nodes working fine for the last 1.5 years without any interruption disconnection or reconfiguration during power cuts. 2. Brought 6 node product this time. Needed support as inbuild firmware update botched up settings of the product. The service center was prompt and all concerns were met within minutes via video call. 3. Product and app are easily integrated into Alexa via skills, Product comes in heat sink tape at first it looks to me that it will burn in months but that is not the case. Looks ugly but works fine. 4. Wiring diagram is easily understood by the local electrician who completed the wiring within an hour ( 6 Nodes). Above manufacturer products are recommended.

This device is very helpful to convert normal switches in smart switches. It's also working well with Amazon Alexa & Google home.

Configuration is bit tricky initially. YouTube videos from them are useful. Customer support is responsive. Support through WhatsApp video call us available. In my case the device somehow is not working as expected. Support asked me to replace the device. Hope that the replaced device will be working. Will update after using it for few days.

I have installed this product a month ago and it's been working so far so good. I had actually ordered 3 different types. One 16amp & one with four nodes, but sadly both had some software related issue and I had to return them. The 6 nod works perfectly and I loved their Customer service, especially through WhatsApp video call they gave assistance and even i got a feedback call later on. It's good to know it's an Indian product. I have even tried to switch on and off switches from abroad and it works seamlessly. I was just upset I had to return two products due to technical issues. Always advisable to get an electricians help that doing it ourselves. The app is easy to use as well and we can get it connected to Alexa. I'll recommend buying it.
