These are great filters. Extracts all the bad stuff. I live in the city with really processed water and these filters do the job well, leaving me with crisp clean tasteless water. You can smell how much it is actually filtering when you open the top lid. A little on the expensive side but we'll worth the money if you want to drink pristine water.

I have had this filter for over a month and love it..i have it installed in a 3.5 gal bucket dripping into a 5 gal bucket..it takes about 5 hours to filter 3 gals of water but the amount would be faster if you keep the entire filter covered in water. It slows down drastically after entire filter isnt under water which is reasonable. Will buy again

BEWARE this filter killed my cat! I ordered these from the Proone store and Amazon has since refunded thank you so much Amazon but neither of these filters work. Not only do they not work the PPM increased from my tap water to the filtered water. This is horrible as where I moved to the water is not good. I have used Propur filters for 15 years without issue then Culligan bought them up, turned them to Proone and they no longer are any good. I unfortunately didn’t think I needed to read reviews on a product I have used repeatedly for over a decade. But after reading them now I see I am not the only one. Because of their inferior products I have actually lost one of my cats. I changed out my filters and shortly afterwards, all 20 of my cats started getting diarrhea. I didn’t put two and two together. I changed food, took everyone to the vet spent thousands trying to determine what was going on. all while my older cat declined because we could not stop the diarrhea. I tried every single treatment, putting her through living hell. I was also about to list my house but when your entire household has diarrhea you kind of can’t have ppl coming over as I didn’t want to disrupt my cats and I can’t keep a house showroom ready while managing sick cats. I saw a video on YouTube about someone getting an RO system and a water tester. I thought I would get the water tester just for curiosity sake still not suspecting anything. Once it arrived I tested the water out of the tap a whopping 235 ppm then tested out of the proone expecting it to be in the single digits. Hell to the no it was 257!!! It was worse. I pulled the city’s water report an F one more reason to get out of here. I immediately went and bought RO water ordered a dispenser and started only drinking and using RO water for the cats. Thank goodness diarrhea in 19 cats subsided but my poor Kitten she was so far gone she had wasted away too weak to come back. I had to say good bye to her on 1/6/26 just two days ago. It was so painfully obvious after the fact the what I thought was protecting me and my cats was actually killing us. I have been lethargic and nauseous for a month now not knowing why. I have called, text, emailed and made ticket after ticket to proone without even a response. Except they did sign me up for their newsletter to clutter up my inbox and remind me of how horrific their company has become and how deadly!!! I even posted on their Facebook page, nothing! No response. I reported to Amazon and they seemed concerned. They said they wouldn’t sell their product any more but I see they are still available for purchase. Please for the love of God do not risk getting one of their bad filters I even saw one review where the person tested their lead levels and they were higher after using their filter. What in the world are in these filters that is contaminating our drinking water? We won’t know as this company is too slimy to even respond.

As you probably know, if you're ordering this replacement filter, these are great! Best tasting water ever. But the product image, showing 2 filters, is misleading. Read the print, you are just getting 1 in your order.

Easy to clean and prepare for use! ProOne Gravity Filters are much better than the $300 black filters sets that frustrate to the point you regret purchasing their gravity system. If you are a senior the ProOne gravity filters are the way to go.

382 to 344 is not much of a improvement using a water tester. I don't think these filter are any good. Plus I get a lot of substance build up in the bottom of my water pot for boiling water.

I purchased these as a back up set for my Berkey Travel filter. My Berkey, which I absolutely love, came with two black carbon filters. I have read that the ceramic filters are much better because they filter out fluoride as well so I purchased two of them with the intent of replacing my black carbon filters. But my black carbon filters are only about Six months old so I think I’ll use them for a while longer and just keep these as back up.

This is the only size I will use for my two 2.5 gallon water systems . The size is perfect and filteration system works. Thank you

i bought a 2- pack and received only 1 filter. No way to receive my other one unless i return the single filter and re-order as a pack.

Taste was really bad. The filters from proone I had before were excellent but this one wasn‘t. Maybe just a seller who has a bad storage?
