Will this fit my bmw r1200 gsa wheels???

I'm not positive but... If the R1200 Wheels use a standard valve stem then this should work to replace it but since it is a bike I would be cautious and only use it in an emergency as it will throw the balance up your wheel off!!!

Will this work with tpms?

Yes and No. We do not offer a TPMS version of Colby Valves. A key advantage of the Colby Valve is that it can be inserted from the outside of the wheel. TPMS sensors are far too large to fit through the valve hole in the wheel...at least for now. However, the Emergency Valve will work fine if you break a TPMS stem. It just won't read the pressure for you. There's also an option to strap your TPMS sensors to the inside of your wheel before you install our Ultimate Valves. This will allow you to use our incredible valves, while still having a fully functional TPMS system. It's an extreme move, but we have users who do this.

what keeps this nut from coming loose?

The twist and air pressure. I'm a offroad pilot and this valve safe me more than once.
