I made individual golden syrup sponge puddings using the cupcake recipe they were delicious. I individual pudding moulds . 250gm of cake mix 200gm of eggs if you used medium then its equal is 3. 25gm of water. They came out amazing and smell is incredible. Will definitely use again Don't take my word for it Try for yourselves. YOU might be pleasantly surprised
