This thing works but it's costly for the amount they're providing. First of all, people who are complaining in the reviews that this powder doesn't work have to keep in mind the following things:- 1.There are several factors which influence the rooting of a cutting 2.The medium in which you're going to place the cuttings must be sterile, maybe sundry the soil/cocopeat for a week or you can heat it on a pan. 3.Along with the rooting hormone, you need to use anti-fungal powder like saaf or bavistin, especially for rose cuttings. This increases the chances of success. 4.Place the planted cutting in a cool and shady place until it shows new growth.Never take it to sun before new shoots come out. 5.The soil in which you place the cuttings must not be soggy,it must have good drainage and it must be porous enough. 5.Do not use organic matter in the soil which you use for placing cuttings, such as vermicompost or vegetable peels as these cause rotting.Use plain garden soil with good amount of sand and cocopeat. 6.Rooting takes some time, like 15~30 days or so,do not take out the cuttings from the soil time to time to check whether roots have been developed or not. Also, this products works great for air layering. Enjoy your rooting process.
