Junk. This is my second of this same exact model. The first model last 7 years and the quality was noticeably better. On the replacement, the zipper broke the first time I opened it. It was never even used. I took it out, rolled it around to make sure the wheels work, checked the small front compartment, then opened the main zipper and it broke while unzipping it.

Will not recommend this garnet bag! The lightweight(11pounds) is offset by the fact it does not roll in airports specially on carpets. It becomes a problem as it only have two wheels. The inside zipper is sticky and it doesnโt roll well in the corners. For a good company, they should attend to making it more friendly to travelers,, the outside compartment with the zippers are good and functioning properly.

My last garment bag finally aged in and fell apart. This one is durable with many compartments - and best of all, it has wheels. My last one had to be carried over my shoulder. Such a relief

I bought this suitcase for a five week trip through Europe. I had one just like it for over 20 years, but it was starting to show its age and my wife wanted me to replace it. This one, however, looked worse after one trip, than the old one did after 20 years. The very first time I picked it up off the conveyor belt, a flap near the top and come detached and it hung off that way for the rest of my trip. After a couple weeks, I noticed the material was tearing down by the wheels where the bag and hit the ground. And towards the end of the trip, the zipper that covers the extending handle was broken. I certainly expect a little wear and tear after a five week trip, but this was just not an acceptable amount. My wife bought a different suitcase for the same trip, and hers looked almost exactly the same when we got home as when we left.
