I have chronic back pain/issues ever since I was a kid (I’m now 59). I’ve tried SO many back products and contraptions so I feel I’m extremely certified to write this review. This works. Period. It’s SUPER easy to throw on, doesn’t cause me discomfort and it relieves my back pain. It’s also doing great at helping to correct my posture. A close friend, a fellow “hump backer” recommended this to me. This was brought to his attention by his chiropractor. He’s extremely fit so he wears the more advanced one. I however, while not a slug, do not visit the gym everyday. However, I’m on my feet constantly. I’m a woman, 5’5,” 165lbs. I’m a 38C/40B, but i have a broad back which measures 43 inches in diameter. I purchased the Regular Medium. I like this SO much I just purchased a second one. I’m constantly misplacing the first one and I’m at the point where I do NOT want to be without this. Yes, there are cheaper type products here on Amazon and elsewhere, but NONE like this. I HIGHLY recommend this. You can’t beat Amazon shipping and it’s returnable. Nothing to lose but back pain.

My chiropractor recommended this. I try to wear once a day while at the computer. I should probably be wearing it right now. Easy to slip on. Good value for money. Doesn't hurt while wearing. I am 5ft 112lbs and got a small.

It is a good product but very weak when it comes to regular use. I have bought 5 of these and one of the band always eventually snaps around 12-14 months. I use it on a daily basis and the stretching exercises they recommend using it for as well. They need to find more durable rubber.

this is just a rubber hose connected by a black harness. It does not have cloth in between as picture can be portrayed. It does pull the shoulders back & helps me to know how good posture is suppose to look. However, I can't wear it more than about 15 minutes. It starts hurting, and makes me very irritable. If you are sitting and doing nothing with your arms, you might can wear it longer....like typing on computer, etc... But don't expect to pull against it every time you reach for something. It doesn't feel good. I don't know if I will consistently wear it, probably not. But I will keep trying...

Although this product is marketed to assist in straightening your back, alignment, resistance exercises and stretching - it does not perform adequately for any of them. It is far to flimsy to use as a resistance exercise belt. It does not hold your shoulders back or keep them aligned unless you don’t have any muscle in your shoulders. Then there is a chance it may help. Over all.... they should have just tried to perfect one singular effective use of this product instead of three useless ones. This is just another Amazon useless product that will end up in 90% of the trash cans from those who bought them.

I've only just received this today, so I will have to update my review later. I have terrible upper back pain because of an injury that happened years ago. I am 5'5'' and 130 pounds and got the small, seems to fit comfortably enough. It doesn't aggressively correct your posture, but it pulls my shoulders back, and if you slouch too much it becomes uncomfortable, so I think it does help, but you can still slouch a little bit, so its not too aggressive or rigid. What drew me to this was the fact that it also acts as exercise equipment. I think the fact that you have it on you makes it more likely that you'll do exercises with it, vs. having to get up and find what you need. "Oh, Im a little stiff from computer work, but hey, my exercise equipment is already on me, sweet!" When I was more active, my pain was SIGNIFICANTLY less. So, I believe you need both exercise and better posture to achieve the best results. That's why I really love this concept, but we'll see how well it helps me over time.

Finally a back brace that works and is so versatile. For a back brace it is comfortable.I have purchased many only to never wear them they were so uncomfortable. This one even looks good! You could wear it unashamed at work or anywhere. It includes instructions for strengthening your back using this brace like you use exercise bands. It makes you want to stand up straight. I know that sounds strange but it does. You actually strengthen your muscles just by wearing it. Anyway I love it and no I did not get one free nor am I connected with the seller in any way. :)

It hurts when I wear it under my arms because the strap is wide. I found the ones that have a round band more comfortable. Have to return this one.

I am very happy with this product, which my chiropractor brought to my attention and had one on hand to let me try. I like it because it reduces my shoulder pain when I wear it for short periods, and it is also an exercise device to strengthen your shoulders, which I did not realize until I received it with a clear helpful manual.

I had one of these years ago, can’t find it. I like this because it is simple, not bulky, provides the support I need without making me feel like I’m strapped into some archaic device. I just put it on over my clothes. Easy to get on and off. It may not be for everyone, but it gives me a reminder that I’m slouching and to pay attention to my posture.
