I've been taking these every day for the past few weeks and I've felt great - could be the vitamins but it's still early days - they are easy to take and reasonably priced compared to most premium marketed brands. My main reason behind taking these is I'm not great diet wise or fitness wise and wanted something to cover all bases while I get my act together. I have noticed that I'm less tired in the mornings which has meant I'm much more likely to get out for a bike ride and I do feel much more motivated to prep food and not to reach for an easy fix. Whether this is the vitamins I don't know but I would recommend them for anyone who want to start looking after themselves, they're not a replacement for a good diet and lifestyle but they don't claim to be, which is refreshing, they are designed to supplement a diet which I'm happy to believe they have done so far.

Bought these for my teenage son, Hes been feeling very tired and quite down for a few weeks, I bought these for him, on the first day he perked up, after a few more days hes laughing and joking and happy, hes full of energy. I assume its down to him missing some vitamin in his body and these have solved that for him.

Does what it says on the packet

I’ve been taking these for almost a month d can’t say I’ve noticed any difference, maybe they just aren’t for me. The capsules are large to swallow and they’ve got a real pungent smell

I like these and will be putting them on repeat purchase in future . They don’t smell nice or taste nice but they do do the job . Well worth the money as you will feel less and less tired daily as you use them

The strong smell and flavour makes it very difficult to keep taking. I'm sure it's all natural ingredients, but it's no good if I can't take them. Maybe a slightly thicker coating might help!!

Really like this Multi Vitamin, I feel much better after taking it for a week and more energy. Great price as well, Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended.

Very expensive as you have to take 2 tablets (after food) daily. The capsules become sticky on placing on tongue. The aftertaste is not great. I have gone back to using Tesco own brand men's vitamins.
